เพื่อให้บรรลุตามนโยบายคุณภาพ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย จะดำเนินการดังนี้
1. พนักงานทุกคนมีจิตสำนึกและมีส่วนร่วมในระบบคุณภาพ โดยปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2008
2. มีฐานข้อมูลที่มีความถูกต้องและทันสมัย
3. ให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพตรงตามความต้องการของผู้รับบริการอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และเป็นที่ยอมรับเชื่อถือทั้งใน และต่างประเทศ
4. มีระบบการคัดเลือกพนักงานและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการดำเนินงานเรื่องต่างๆ อย่างเหมาะสม
5. พัฒนาพนักงานและระบบคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
6. ส่งเสริมและให้การสนับสนุนผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ความสามารถ
