ซึ่งที่ประชุมได้สรุปปัญหาของการจัดกิจกรรมรับน้องใหม่และประชุมเชียร์พบว่า ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากตัวนักศึกษาใหม่คือไม่เห็นความสำคัญหรือประโยชน์ของการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้วยความสมัครใจและบางคนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพราะกลัวไม่ได้รับการยอมรับจากกลุ่มเพื่อนและกลุ่มรุ่นพี่ไม่กล้าบอกปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม จึงส่งผลให้เกิดทัศนคติที่ไม่ดีต่อกิจกรรมรับน้องใหม่และประชุมเชียร์ตลอดไป

Results (English) 1:

The meeting concluded that the problem of getting a new sister events and meetings to cheer, it was found that the problems arising from the new students is not the importance or the benefits of participating in the activity. Do not attend activities with voluntary and some people join because they fear is not recognized by a group of friends and the group never told the elder issues or obstacles in participating in the activity. So it resulted in a bad attitude towards the events received a new and the meeting cheering my sister forever.

Results (English) 2:

The conference has been organized by the issue of new meeting and I found. The problem is not new to the students the importance and benefits of participation. Not participate voluntarily and some participants fear of not being accepted by the group and senior group do not dare say problems or barriers to participation. Thus resulting in poor attitude towards new activities and meeting my sister forever.
