การศึกษา ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท สเตเบิล ซิสเต็ม จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท สเตเบิล ซิสเต็ม จำกัด (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรค ในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท สเตเบิล ซิสเต็ม จำกัด และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ข่าวสารของพนักงานในบริษัท สเตเบิล ซิสเต็ม จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานบริษัท สเตเบิล ซิสเต็ม จำกัด จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ใช้สถิติแบบพรรณนา (Descriptive statistic) โดยการวิเคราะห์แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ใช้การทดสอบค่าที (T-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนจำแนกทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) โดยการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD

สรุปผลการวิจัย
ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท สเตเบิล ซิสเต็ม จำกัด ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า
1.ด้านตัวงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุดในด้านความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน และมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานน้อยที่สุดในด้านความก้าวหน้าในงาน
2.ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุดในด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานน้อยที่สุดในด้านเงินเดือน
ด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุดในเรื่องสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงานได้ด้วย
