Objective:To determine the accuracy of the Accu-Check Advantage home glucose monitor, and related factors.1. to study the working of sheet material, monitoring of blood glucose monitor, portable blood sugar levels. The result analysis of blood and numbers.2. to study the relationship of human blood that affects blood glucose monitoring strips of a monitor, portable blood sugar levels.3. check the pad material to improve the levels of blood glucose, blood glucose monitoring, portable. 1. To study the oxidation catalyst and the structure of the atom (local atomicstructure) with Time-resolved X-ray absorption spectroscopy (TRXAS) using synchrotron light coupled with the crystal structure and the particle size of the X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) for describing the structure of the catalyst.2. To study the relationship between synthetic methods, supporter and the type of transition metal that effect with the structure of the catalyst. (Bonding bond between the catalyst and the supporter).3. To study the behavior of supporter and the kind of transition metal compounds with the efficiency of the catalystIn this paper, a portable and sensitive DNA quantification method based on personal glucose meters and isothermal circular strand-displacement polymerization reaction was developed. The capture DNA was fixed onto Streptavidin-MNBs. Then target DNA (in red color) hybridized with the capture DNA and opened their loop parts, enabling a primer with DNA–invertase conjugation to attach on the stem part, which initiated a polymerization which replaced the target with the aid of the DNA polymerase I. The released target then found another capture DNA to trigger another polymerization cycle, which was repeated for many rounds, resulting in the multiplication of the DNA–invertase conjugation on the surface of Streptavidin-MNBs. The bound DNA–invertase can be used to catalyze the hydrolysis of sucrose into glucose with millions of turnovers, which transformed the concentration of target DNA into the level of glucose for monitoring of PGM.
