Subject: - Declaration for negative profit.


We, MSSL WH System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd, part of the Samvardhana Motherson Group) have setting up a new WIRE HARNESS facility at Rayong, Thailand. We set up this plant in Thailand on 12th Apr 2012 and supplying Wire harness to our customer as below:


1. SMR Automotive System(Thailand) Ltd. Local in Thailand.
2. TMBP LIMITED. Local in Thailand.
3. Thai Swedish Assembly Co.Ltd. Local in Thailand.
4. Piaggio Vietnam Co.Ltd. Export to Vietnam.

As this is new setup, initial volume from our customer is small so incoming freight is very high. We are getting the opportunity from our customers to increase the business but we need to support our customer for smaller volume WIRE HARNESS also. For some wire harness we are having a negative profit due to the reason above but in the coming month when volume of the business will increase we can control the incoming fright and we will convert the negative profit in positive.
