กรณีเอกสารอ้างอิงจากภายนอกที่ต้องนำมาใช้ในระบบ หัวหน้างานบริหารคุณภาพจะต้องนำเอกสารดังกล่าวขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นเอกสารควบคุม โดยใช้แบบฟอร์ม "Document Change Request " และอนุมัติ การใช้โดยตัวแทนฝ่ายบริหาร
