วิธีทำ : นำเนื้อหมู/วัวมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นพอประมาณแล้วผสมน้ำมันหอย ซีอิ๊วขาว พริกไทยป่น น้ำตาลทราย คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากันหมักไว้ 1-2 ชั่วโมง
