เพศชาย/หญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 28 ปี ขึ้นไป
วุฒิการศึกษา ตั้งแต่ระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป / คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สาขา ศึกษาศาสตร์/ ครุศาสตร์/หลักสูตรและการสอน / คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขา คณิตศาสตร์/สถิติ เทคโนโลยีการศึกษา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความรู้ผ่านการอบรม และมีประสบการณ์ในด้าน ISO 17011, ISO 17024 หรือ ISO อื่น ๆ และเคยผ่านประสบการณ์การตรวจประเมิน เช่น เป็นผู้ตรวจประเมิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ โดยสำเนาผลการทดสอบระดับความสามารถการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษที่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างใด อย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้ TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, TU-GET, CU-TEP ที่มีระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 2 ปี เช่น ได้คะแนน TOEIC ขั้นต่ำ 550 คะแนน หรือภาษาต่างประเทศอื่น ๆ
