ปัญหาที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นทั้งหมดจะถูกรายงานต่อผู้จัดการการฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพหรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยออกคำร้องขอการปฏิบัติการแก้ไขและป้องกัน (Corrective and Preventive Action Request – CAR/PAR) ไปยังผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะปัญหา

A) Proficiency Testing activity participation outcomes or Inter Laboratory that does not pass standards.The problem with all of the above will be reported to the Manager, quality assurance Manager, or who have been assigned by issuing a request for editing and execution protection (Preventive and Corrective Action Request – CAR/PAR) to those involved, which, depending on the style issue.

Results (English) 2:

a) result of participation in the Inter Laboratory Proficiency Testing or do not meet
the above issues will be reported to the President for Quality Assurance or assigned. By issuing a request for corrective action and preventive (Corrective and Preventive Action Request - CAR / PAR) to those involved. Depending on the problem
