ประชาคมการเมืองและความมั่นคงอาเซียน อาเซียน (ASEAN Political-Security Community หรือ APSC) เป็นเสาหลักความร่วมมือหนึ่งในสามเสาหลัก ที่เน้นการรวมตัวของอาเซียนเพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจ เสถียรภาพ และสันติภาพในภูมิภาค เพื่อให้ประชาชนในอาเซียนอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุข และปราศจากภัยคุกคามด้านการทหาร และภัยคุกคามในรูปแบบใหม่ เช่น ปัญหายาเสพติด และปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ มีเป้าหมายที่สำคัญ ได้แก่
