Moreover, the teacher has rated that 3/4 students in two non-professional classes have low to moderate force, only a handful of students who are highly qualified in English. In addition, based on the survey, most teachers agree with the method of using Vietnamese in teaching English for the non-professional sectors. That means, teachers must know how to balance between the two languages, to understand the function of each language in order to add good support to their teaching.
