การทำงานของรัฐบาลในการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ร้ายแรงที่เกิดขึ้นกับประเทศไทย เนื่องจากเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นไม่เพียงแต่ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตหรือสถานที่สำคัญได้รับความเสียหายเท่านั้น แต่สิ่งที่หายไปพร้อม ๆ กับเสียงระเบิดที่ดังขึ้นก็คือความเชื่อมั่นในการบริหารจัดการประเทศของรัฐบาล ซึ่งก็อาจทำให้ความเชื่อมั่นของนักท่องเที่ยวและนักลงทุนที่มีต่อรัฐบาลไทยน้อยลง
