ตามหนังสือที่อ้างถึงของ บริษัท ไทยประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) เลขที่ กก.101/2556 เรื่อง ขอบอกเลิกสัญญาประกันภัยต่อแบบอัตราส่วนสำหรับความเสี่ยงภัยพิบัติ
เนื่องด้วยมติที่ประชุมของคณะอนุกรรมการด้านกฎหมาย กองทุนส่งเสริมการประกันภัยพิบัติได้พิจารณาให้ สัญญาฯ นับเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 มีนาคม ของปีสัญญานั้น ๆ ซึ่งหากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดมีความประสงค์จะบอกเลิกสัญญาก็ย่อมสามารถกระทำได้โดย บอกเลิกสัญญาก่อนวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 90 วัน ดังนั้น ผู้จัดการประกันภัยต่อกองทุนฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งเพื่อทราบว่า บริษัทท่านยังคงอยู่ภายใต้สัญญาประกันภัยต่อกองทุนฯ ต่อไปจนถึงวันที่ 27 มีนาคม 2557

ทั้งนี้ สำหรับบริษัทประกันภัยที่ออกจากกองทุนฯ ไปแล้วนั้น จะไม่สามารถใช้กรมธรรม์ประกันอัคคีภัยและภัยพิบัติสำหรับที่อยู่อาศัย และกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยพิบัติสำหรับประกันภัยความเสี่ยงภัยทรัพย์สินได้อีก

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและถือปฏิบัติต่อไป
