Since the FORM E is issued by local inspection bureau and it's conformity to LC, just because your customs request, so delay so long time for clearance customs.
we have did our best to amend FORME, but China policy is different from Thailand.if amend it, inspection bureau will check original declare documents.
the original documents will be return us after 50 days from declare customs day, that means the declare customs documents will be retuned on Nov.10.

I have explained to you before. also, we have asked other company to issued the new FORM E, but that company has no right to export concrete mixer, so it was failed.

FORM E itself is no wrong,if invoice did not show free wheel, everything will be OK.

we have no wrong , too. but considering of good business relation between us, we'd like to bear usd400 for your company, maybe you don't know Thainland bank reduce USD300 from proceeds.
if payment term is by T/T, we won't pay the money.and change documents more easy.

another question is exchange rate is down again, that means we are losing money further.
