ปีนี้บริษัทไม่จัดกิจกรรมกีฬาและทำบุญบริษัท แต่จะขอให้จัดในปีหน้าโดยอยากให้หยุดไลน์การผลิตเพื่อให้พนักงานทุกคนได้มีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งอาจพิจารณาจัดในวันเดียวกันเพื่อไม่ให้เสียเวลา และอยากให้จัดขึ้นในเดือนมกราคมซึ่งเป็นเดือนแรกของการทำงานในปีถัดไป ทั้งนี้ขอให้จัดอาหารมื้อกลางวันเป็นลักษณะโต๊ะจีน
