หลังจากที่ Edit แล้วให้กลับมาที่ Mode (M)---> Alignment
คลิกที่ Alignment Data ----> Alignment Start ทำการ Save รูปกราฟ โดยเข้าไปที่ File/Save as measure data Save
อีกครั้งโดยเข้าไปที่ file/Save as alignment data แล้วให้ทำการ Save ข้อมูลตาม Item คลิก Save OK-OK
ตัวอย่าง File name : UA3P.2 Item-side-lot no..........Np.1
UA3P.2AD0109PF-S1-Lot.091225-No.1
