พระพุทธไสยาสน์ ประดิษฐานอยู่นอกพระระเบียงคดด้านหลังของวัดองค์พระก่ออิฐถือปูน หันพระพักตร์ไปทางทิศเหนือ มีความโดดเด่นตรงที่พระเศียรซึ่งทำเป็นดอกบัวซ้อนกันรองรับไว้แทนพระเขนย พระบาทซ้อนกันเป็นมุมฉาก องค์พระมีความยาว 42 เมตร และสูง 8 เมตร นิ้วพระบาทมีความยาวเท่ากัน เดิมองค์พระนั้นประดิษฐานในพระวิหารซึ่งได้พังทลายลงไปเหลือเพียงเสาอิฐรูป 8 เหลี่ยมเพียง 24 ต้น องค์พระนอนนี้ได้ทรุดโทรมลงและได้รับการบูรณะปฏิสังขรณ์ครั้งสำคัญในสมัยของ จอมพล ป.พิบูลย์สงครามในปี พ.ศ. 2499
