8.7 กรณีที่พนักงานกระทำความผิด และบริษัทฯ ได้สอบสวนแล้วเห็นสมควรลงโทษพนักงานผู้นั้นทางวินัย โดยการพักงาน (ทั้งนี้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน) การพักงานในกรณีนี้ พนักงานจะไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง หรือตามบทลงโทษของบริษัทฯ
