ดิฉันได้ทำการปรึกษากับบริษัทประกันภัยเพื่อหารือเรื่องการทำประกันภัยในระหว่างก่อสร้าง โดยบริษัทฯแนะนำให้ดูในสัญญาก่อสร้างว่าใครเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำประกันครั้งนี้ ซึ่งประกันจะเริ่มคุ้มครองต่อเมื่อกระบวนการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างดำเนินงานไปแล้วอย่างน้อย 10-20% ในส่วนของความรับผิดชอบของประกันต่อการปรับปรุงอาคารมีดังนี้คือ
1. ความเสียหายต่อเนื้องาน
2. ความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินเดิม เช่น พื้น, ผนัง
3. ความรับผิดต่อบุคคลภายนอก
และบริษัทฯต้องทำการส่งสัญญาว่าจ้างให้บริษัทประกันพิจารณาว่าขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานไปถึงขั้นใดแล้ว และบริษัฯจะทำการพิจารณาว่าจะรับทำประกันให้หรือไม่
