การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานกับความผูกพันของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะต่อการเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3จำนวน 348 คน โดยได้จากการคำนวณจากสูตรของ Yamane(Taro Yamane. 1973 : 727 )และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
