เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเป็ณไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในสัญญาร่วมดำเนินงานกับโครงการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเชียงของ บริษัทมีภารกิจที่ต้องดำเนินการให้เสร็จและส่งให้แก่ IEAT ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ดังนี้

1) ส่งเอกสารสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายที่ดิน ระยะที่ 1 ภายในวันที่ 22 มกราคม 2015
2) ส่งสำเนาสัญญาจ้างที่ปรึกษาในการจัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม ภายในวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2015
