ขึ้นทะเบียน/โอนย้ายทัพย์สิน ( F.MAN.29 ) เพื่อเจ้าหน้าที่จะได้ปรับปรุงรายการทะเบียนเครื่องจักรแผนกนั้นๆต่อไป
