บริษัทต้องยื่นงบการเงิน และแบบส.บช. 3 ต่อ DBD ภายใน 1 เดือนนับแต่วันที่ได้รับอนุมัติในที่ประชุมใหญ่ผู้ถือหุ้น กล่าวคือ วันที่ 27 may 2016

ในกรณีที่บริษัทยื่นเอกสารดังกล่าวล่าช้า บริษัทจะต้องเสียค่าปรับดังนี้
