ควรทำอย่างไร ในกรณีที่ไม่ได้รับ bill หลังการ booking
คือทำการจองตั๋วตั้งแต่เมื่อวาน ประมาณ18.30น จนถึงตอนนี้ยังไม่ได้รับ bill หรือ reference number เพื่อนำไปจ่ายที่ counter service เลยค่ะ
เช็ค my bookings แล้วมันขึ้นว่า pending payment
เลยลองกดขอรายละเอียดการเดินทาง ประมาณ2-3รอบ แต่ก็ยังไม่มีเอกสารใดๆส่งเข้ามา
เช็คเมล์อย่างละเอียดแล้วด้วยอ่ะค่ะ
ยังไงต่อดีคะ
