ในกรณีที่ผู้ซื้อจะชำระเงินตามสัญญาน

ในกรณีที่ผู้ซื้อจะชำระเงินตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้ขายด้วยเช็คหรือตั๋วเงินอื่นจะต้องระบุวันที่ถึงกำหนดชำระเงินตามเช็คหรือตั๋วเงินนั้น ซึ่งไม่เกินวันครบกำหนดชำระเงินในแต่ละงวดที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาฉบับนี้ และจะถือว่าการชำระหนี้จะสมบูรณ์ก็ต่อเมื่อผู้ขายได้รับเงินตามเช็คหรือตั๋วเงินนั้นเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ผู้ซื้อยินยอมจะจ่ายดอกเบี้ยในอัตราร้อยละ _____ ต่อปี หรือลงตามเพดานสูงสุดของอัตราดอกเบี้ยธนาคารพาณิชย์ในขณะนั้น พร้อมทั้งเบี้ยปรับในอัตราร้อยละ _____ ต่อเดือน เพื่อชดเชยค่าสินไหมทดแทนให้กับผู้ขายสำหรับหนี้ใดๆ ที่ผู้ซื้อนัดชำระหนี้ตามสัญญานี้ไปจนกว่าผู้ขายจะได้รับชำระหนี้จากผู้ซื้อจนเสร็จสิ้น แต่ทั้งนี้ไม่เป็นการตัดสิทธิที่ผู้ขายถือว่าเป็นผู้ซื้อเป็นฝ่ายผิดสัญญา
