ผลการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการประกันคุณภ

ผลการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาออนไลน์ด้วยกระบวนการ PDCA ในระดับคณะ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม พบว่า การทำงานระบบประกันคุณภาพระดับคณะบุคลากรและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกันพัฒนาและนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ ให้สอดคล้องตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด พร้อมกับให้ผู้ประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาคือ ดร.ทองม้วน นาเสงี่ยม และคณะ ทำการประเมินการประกับคุณภาพการศึกษา ตามตัวชี้วัดผ่านระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้ระบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ( = 4.54, SD. = 0.58 ) ส่งผลให้การประกันคุณภาพตัวชี้วัดที่ 9 ได้คะแนนในระดับดีมาก ผลคะแนน 5 คะแนน และ คะแนนการประเมินโดยรวมในระดับดีมาก (4.55)
