กรณีออกไปปฏิบัติงานภายนอกบริษัท เช่น ประชุม อบรม สัมมนา ดูงาน หรือติดต่องานภายนอกบริษัทในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล ได้แก่จังหวัด นครปฐม นนทบุรี ปทุมธานี สมุทรสาคร และสมุทรปาการ บริษัทมิได้มีการจัดหาอาหารให้ พนักงานจะได้รับค่าอาหารกรณีออกไปปฏิบัติงานภายนอกบริษัทวันละ 80 บาท/คน โดยบริษัทจะโอนเงินค่าอาหารในบัญชีเงินเดือนของพนักงานผู้ออกไปปฏิบัติงานภายนอกบริษัทในทุกวันศุกร์ของแต่ละสัปดาห์ ทั้งนี้ต้องมีเอกสารหรือหลักฐานอ้างอิงประกอบการจ่ายอย่างชัดเจน และผู้บังคับบัญชาสูงสุดของแต่ละสังกัดต้องอนุมัติรับทราบการออกไปปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าว
