ดิฉันคิดว่า แผนก Employment & ER เป็นแผนกที่สำคัญแผนกหนึ่งในบริษัทฯ ถึงจะเป็นเพียงแผนกเล็กๆ และเป็นแผนกที่ไม่ได้สร้างกำไรให้กับบริษัทฯ แต่ก็เป็นแผนกที่สรรหาพนักงานให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ซึ่งหากทางบริษัทฯ ได้คัดเลือกคนที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรได้ ก็จะทำให้บุคคลนั้นทำงานกับบริษัทฯ ไปอย่างยาวนาน อีกทั้งยังต้องสามารถจัดหาบุคลากรให้เพียงพอเพื่อรองรับธุรกิจที่เติบโตขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วอีกด้วย และในขณะเดียวกันดิฉันยังเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของกระบวนการสรรหา เนื่องจากว่า หากเราล่าช้า หรือไม่มีวิธีการใหม่ๆ มาพัฒนา หรือปรับปรุงระบบงานสรรหานั้น ก็อาจจะได้ผู้สมัครไม่ทันเวลา หรืออาจสูญเสียผู้สมัครงานคนนี้ให้กับบริษัทอื่นไปก็เป็นได้ ดังนั้น หากดิฉันได้รับการเลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นผู้จัดการแผนก Employment & ER ดิฉันจะนำแนวคิดของ “Breakthrough” และ “Co-creation” มาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการกำหนดแผนงาน เพื่อสนับสนุน TTC Group’s Management Policy and วิสัยน์ทัศน์ในปี 2020 ดังนี้
