ฉันได้รับกระเป๋าจากสายพาน เมื่อรับกระเป๋ามาจึงได้เห็นว่ากระเป๋ามีส่วนฉีกขาดทางด้านล่างติดกับล้อเลื่อนกระเป๋า จึงเข้าไปแจ้งกับเจ้าหน้าที่สนามบิน เพื่อดำเนินการออกใบเคลมกระเป๋าให้ ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ได้แจ้งว่าให้ติดต่อกลับสายการบิน หลังจากนี้สัก 2 อาทิตย์ เพราะทางเจ้าหน้าที่ที่สนามบินจะส่งเรื่องไปให้กับสายการบิน ฉันสามารถติดต่อกับสายการบินที่อยู่ในไทยได้เลย
