แถลงผ่านเวปประณามประเทศไทยที่ส่งตัวชาวอุยกูร์ 115 คนกลับไปยังประเทศจีน อ้างว่าขัดต่อหลักการไม่ส่งตัวกลับ รวมถึงขัดต่ออนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสถานภาพผู้ลี้ภัยปี พ.ศ.2494 และอนุสัญญาต่อต้านการทรมาน และการปฏิบัติหรือการลงโทษที่โหดร้าย ไร้มนุษยธรรม หรือย่ำยีศักดิ์ศรี ปี พ.ศ.2527
