จาก Minutes of Meeting Working Team ทางหน่วยงาน ISO ขอส่งรายละเอียดเพื่อให้ดำเนินการ ดังนี้
1. ตาราง SLA ของแต่ละ Processs : เพื่อให้ใช้เป็นแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานตามที่แต่ละ Process /เอกสาร กำหนดไว้
2. ตารางทบทวนเอกสาร : ส่งตารางการทบทวน กลับแก่ ISO /แก้ไขเอกสาร พร้อมขึ้นทะเบียน ภายใน 1/12/15
