Country of Thailand, subsidies provided to the diesel LPG and NGV is "universal" in the sense that no attempts have been made to target the subsidies in groups or vulnerable. As a result, the benefits flow disproportionately to those who use more fuel, and people tend to be higher than the revenue to support the family. This is certainly true in this country, Thailand. Figure 9 illustrates the level of energy use in the average monthly household income in all groups. Group revenues are the largest user for fuel subsidies are all included in the household survey: gas, diesel, gas for vehicles, for use in the household, biodiesel and electricity.
