ความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นครั้งนี้เกิดจากตัวฉันเองค่ะ เนื่องจากอีเมล์แสดงเป็นตัวสีแดงแม้จะเข้าไปอ่านแล้ว ซึ่ง mktg ได้พยายามแก้ปัญหาโดยการเช็คทีล่ะอีเมล์ แต่กลับมี PO ชุดนี้ตกหล่นไป 1 ชุดค่ะ
