2. ผู้เรียนจะต้องมีพฤติกรรมที่เปิดรับและตอบสนองต่อการเรียนรู้จากผู้สอนหรือบทเรียนมากขึ้น
3.จะต้องมีสื่อที่น่าสนใจและสามารถเพิ่มทักษะการออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษกับผู้เรียน เพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งสื่อในที่นี้อาจจะเป็นสภาพแวดล้อมภายในชั้นเรียนหรืออาจจะมีการประยุกต์นำสื่อผสม มาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนก็จะทำให้นักเรียนมีความสนใจมากขึ้น
4. บทเรียนจะต้องเน้นไปที่ตัวผู้เรียนเป็นหลักเพื่อที่จะสามารถและวัดผลออกมาได้ว่านักเรียน สามารถออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างถูกต้อง
5. รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนหรือบทเรียนจะต้องสามารถพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านการพูดเพื่อติดต่อสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษกับคนต่างประเทศหรือเจ้าของภาษาได้อย่างถูกต้องและชัดเจน
