พนักงานส่วนมากอัธยาศัยดี เช่น K.Fimmy / K.Poppy/ K.Golf / K.Jackie/ K.Moddum / K Mo ส่ิงที่อยากให้ปรับปรุง เนื่องจากซื้อสินค้าที่สาขาเมกกะเป็นหลัก แต่สินค้าที่สาขาดังกล่าวลงไม่ครบ สินค้าใหม่บางรุ้นจะไปลงที่ CTW และบางครั้งแคมเปญโปรโมชั่นของแต่ละสาขาก็ไม่เหมือนกัน บางสาขาให้คูปองส่วนลด ที่สาขาเมกกะไม่มีแคมเปญอะไรเลย ทำให้อยากเปลี่ยนใจไปใช้บริการที่สาขาอื่นแล้ว
