เมื่อสัญญานี้สิ้นสุดลงคู่สัญญาตกลงให้ถือว่าบรรดาหนี้สินระหว่างผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้รับจ้างเป็นอันถึงกำหนดชำระทันที และคู่สัญญาต่างฝ่ายตกลงชำระให้แก่กันภายใน 30 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่สัญญาสิ้นสุดลง
