สิทธิ หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทจัดการในการจัดการกองทุนรวมเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของกองทุนรวม และรักษาไว้ซึ่งสิทธิและประโยชน์ของผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุน ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมายหลักทรัพย์ และ/หรือกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
