พม่าหรือเมียนมาร์ทั้งหมดยกเว้นที่เกี่ยวกับอาวุธ
ซึ่งเป็นผลจากพัฒนาการทางการเมืองเชิงบวกของพม่าในหลายๆ มิติ อาทิ
การเลือกตั้งซ่อมเมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2555 ที่นางอองซานซูจี และสมาชิกพรรค
NLD ชนะการเลือกตั้ง
การปฏิรูปกฎหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมเสรีภาพในการชุมนุมและสมาคมร่วมทั้งการขจัดแรง
