แจ้ง TPC อีกครั้งว่าเวลา 23.30 น.จะทำการเริ่มส่ง VCM ให้กับทาง TPC ให้ครบตามจำนวนที่ต้องการ
แนวทางการแก้ปัญหา
ที่เกิดขึ้นนี้จึงได้กำชับกับแจ้ง Field operator ถ้ามีการส่ง ให้ทำการตรวจสอบ Valve ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกตัวเสมอก่อนทำการส่งทุกครั้ง
หลังจากนั้นก็ได้ทำการส่งกลับถังเดิมเรียบร้อยแล้ว
