งาน งานคือสิ่งสำคัญเป็นอันดับต้นๆที่พนักงานมักจะคำนึงถึง เพราะผู้ใดก็ตามได้รับมอบหมายภารกิจในสิ่งที่ตนเองไม่ชอบไม่ถนัด ย่อมเกิดความรู้สึกว่า เวลาที่เสียไปนั้นสูญเปล่า แต่ทั้งนี้ พนักงานที่ดีก็คือพนักงานที่พร้อมที่จะปรับตัวในการรับงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายด้วย มิใช่เป็นพนักงานที่ไม่ยอมขวนขวาย พัฒนา เรียนรู้ สิ่งใหม่ เอาแต่ชอบ ทำงานเดิมๆ ซ้ำๆ แต่เพียงอย่างเดียว เพราะจะทำให้องค์กรไม่เกิดการพัฒนา
