การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีแบบแผนการวิจัยแบบ One - Group Pretest - Posttest Design มีวัตถุประสงค์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนการสอนวิชาการวิจัยทางธุรกิจ ปีการศึกษา 2557 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 โดยวิธีกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมในชั้นเรียน ซึ่งเน้นในการฝึกปฏิบัติด้วยกระบวนการกลุ่ม และแบบฝึกปฏิบัติภายในชั้นเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักศึกษาของคณะวิทยาการจัดการ หลักสูตรการบริหารธุรกิจ (คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ) ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาการวิจัยทางธุรกิจ ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน/หลัง และ รายงานกลุ่ม งานวิจัยประจำภาคการศึกษา 1 ชิ้นงานต่อภาคการศึกษา ผลของการศึกษาวิจัย ค่าคะแนนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 โดยค่าคะแนนจากแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนได้สูงกว่า คะแนนจากแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน เพราะมีความรู้ความจำ วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์บทเรียน ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนวิชาการวิจัยทางธุรกิจ มีค่าเท่ากับ 80.02/82.05 (E1/E2) ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ 80/80 และจากการศึกษาและบันทึกพฤติกรรมการทำงานของนักศึกษาตลอดภาคการศึกษามีการประเมินผลพฤติกรรม 6 ด้าน คือ ความร่วมมือในกลุ่ม การเสนอความคิดเห็นในการทำงาน ทักษะการสืบค้นข้อมูล ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ จริยธรรมคุณธรรมในการทำงานกลุ่ม และภาวะความเป็นผู้นำและความรับผิดชอบ พบว่า โดยส่วนใหญ่ นักศึกษามีพฤติกรรมด้านจริยธรรมคุณธรรมในการทำงานกลุ่ม มากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.52 รองลงมาด้านภาวะความเป็นผู้นำและความรับผิดชอบ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.44 ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.08 ความร่วมมือในกลุ่ม 3.04 และ สองลำดับสุดท้ายคือ การเสนอความคิดเห็นในการทำรายงาน และ ทักษะในการสืบค้นข้อมูล มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.00
