การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแดงใหญ่ อำเภอบ้านใหม่ไชพจน์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์จำแนกตามลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานพัสดุในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแดงใหญ่ อำเภอบ้านใหม่ไชพจน์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์จำนวน 132 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแดงใหญ่ อำเภอบ้านใหม่ไชพจน์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.17 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.28 รองลงมาด้านการประเมินผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.16 ด้านการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานค่าเฉลี่ย 3.12 และด้านการวางแผนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างค่าเฉลี่ย 3.11 ตามลำดับ

This research aims to study the problems and difficulties in the management of the Administration, answering the big red t. This research is quantitative research (Quantitative Research), using a questionnaire (Questionnaire) to collect information from people who are involved with the administration of a parcel in a big red sub-district administration.
