การรับรู้คุณภาพบริการของผู้สูงอายุในโรงพยาบาลกลางอยู่ในระดับสูง การเข้าถึงบริการของผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และปัจจัยที่มีผลกต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการแพทย์แผนไทยของผู้สูงอายุในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครแห่งหนึ่ง มีเพียงปัจจัยเดียว คือ การรับรู้คุณภาพบริการ โดยมีขนาดความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ ( p < 0.05) อยู่ 0.891 เท่า

The perceived quality of the elderly in the hospital is high. Access to the elderly is moderate. And factors affecting the decision to opt for the services of geriatric medicine in Thailand hospitals under the Bangkok hotel. There is only a single factor is the perception of service quality. The size associated with a statistically significant level (p <0.05) is 0.891 times.

The recognition of the quality of the elderly in the central hospital is high. Access to the elderly's services is moderate and the factors that affect the decision to make use of the elderly Thai traditional medicine in a hospital affiliated Bangkok. Only one factor is the recognition of service quality with a statistically significant correlation size level (P < 0.05) is 0.891 times.
