ฝ่าฝืนข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน หรือระเบียบ หรือคำสั่งของบริษัทฯ อันชอบด้วยกฎหมายและเป็นธรรม และบริษัทฯ ได้ตักเตือนเป็นหนังสือแล้ว ซึ่งหนังสือตักเตือนดังกล่าวมีผลบังคับไม่เกิน 1 ปี นับแต่วันที่ลูกจ้างได้กระทำความผิด เว้นแต่กรณีร้ายแรง บริษัทฯ ไม่จำเป็นต้องตักเตือนเป็นหนังสือ

The rules and regulations about work, or regulation, or the order of the company is a lawful and fair, and the company warned is a book. The book warned such force does not exceed 1 years.Unless a serious case, the company need not warn the book.
