Today lesson is about career planning which is very interested to me. Because of i'm always thinking about what i'm going to do in the future.
I start my PPD Monday with Aptitude test which is a work personality analysis with 60 questions. Everyone should try this test as it reflect good your career plan. It's all about myself but i found it really hard to answer all of that question. It's totally different with skill audit which is easy and more familiar with me. Skill audit is asking you to asset your skills which relate to your career. But Aptitude test is asset more about your personality, your characteristics. I think it will be difficult to complete this test when you do not have any work experience.
