(๑) การขับเคลื่อนผ่านโครงการพระไตรปิฎกศึกษา โดยศูนย์บริการวิชาการและทะนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมจึงได้จัดทำโครงการศึกษาพระไตรปิฎกศึกษาขึ้นด้วยกระบวนการจัดทำชีดี (CD) พระไตรปิฎกแจกแก่ผู้สนใจทั่วไป ร่วมถึงการเผยแผ่เนื้อพระไตรปิฎกผ่านทางวิทยุกระจายเสียงพระพุทธศาสนาอีกด้วย ด้วยกระบวนการการเผยแผ่ดังกล่าวทำให้มีประชาชนทั่วไปสนใจเป็นจำนวนมาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครือข่ายต่างติดต่อขอชีดีเพื่อนำไปเผยแผ่ต่อเป็นจำนวนมาก
