เป็นกลุ่มอาคารขนาดใหญ่ 3 อาคาร สร้างติดถนนพหลโยธินด้านหน้าทางเข้าหลักของวิทยาเขตรังสิต มีแนวคิดในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม โดยใช้รูปทรงของอาคารสื่อความหมายแทนรูปทรงของเพชร แทนสัญลักษณ์ของสถาบัน ก่อสร้างด้วยระบบโครงสร้างพิเศษ ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัย รวมถึงการออกแบบให้เป็นอาคารเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม green architecture รวมถึงอาคารประหยัดพลังงาน และเป็นอาคารที่มีระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ และได้มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานระดับสากล อาคารทั้งหมดมีพื้นที่รวมกัน ประมาณ 30,000 ตารางเมตร ก่อสร้างระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2550-2552 งบประมาณค่าก่อสร้าง 1,400,000,000 บาท ประกอบด้วย

ใช้เป็นอาคารเรียน ห้องปฏิบัติการ สำนักทะเบียนฯ ห้องพักอาจารย์ หอประชุมใหญ่ ห้องสัมมนา ห้องจัดเลี้ยง ศูนย์เรียนรู้นอกเวลา และร้านอาหาร
