งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการับรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการลาออกของบุคลากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มธุรกิจอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมการส่งเสริมการส่งออก จำนวน 728 บริษัท เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคาระห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) คำนวณหาความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และมีสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการลาออกของบุคลากร

This research Aimed to check the perceived organizational support in relation to the resignation of personnel. The sample group Electronic Business Department of Export Promotion of 728 Companies in the data collection instruments were used in the statistical Council against the data.
