หากข้อกำหนดหรือเงื่อนไขที่คู่สัญญาได้ร่วมตกลงไว้ในสัญญานี้ ไม่ว่าข้อใดข้อหนึ่งมีผลต้องตกเป็นโมฆะหรือขาดสมบูรณ์จนไม่อาจบังคับกันต่อไปได้ หาเป็นเหตุทำให้สัญญานี้สิ้นสุดหรือระงับลงแต่อย่างใด และให้ถือข้อกำหนดหรือเงื่อนไขที่ไม่ตกเป็นโมฆะ หรือที่ยังสมบูรณ์อยู่ ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับกันได้ต่อไป
