คพ. ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) ในโครงการธุรกิจสีเขียวแห่งอนาคต : Next Gen Compliance เพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถและส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจ ด้านการจัดการน้ำเสีย และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. ส่งเสริมและรักษาคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2535 โครงการธุรกิจสีเขียวแห่งอนาคต กำหนดให้ต้องเป็นกลุ่มธุรกิจที่มีสาขาหลายแห่งทั่วประเทศ ต้องตกลงให้อาคารหรือกลุ่มอาคารที่เป็นสาขาทั้งหมด ปฏิบัติตามบันทึกข้อตกลงที่จะต้องปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. เพื่อการจัดการน้ำเสียอย่างยั่งยืน
